Problems with Hotmail!

We learned that some of our answers to user request didn't find their way to the recipients. It's nearly an exclusive problem with Hotmail as this operator deletes our mails or they just don't come through. If you have an Hotmail account and you have any question, plese write us directly to info(at)arteinsania.net or arteinsania(at)gmail.com.
It also helps if you add our email address to your Hotmail address book.
