The service offered by ArteInsania (‘webpage’ or ‘we’) are free. We are a non-commercial platform for artists who want to present their artwork on the internet. (Your registration and use of ArteInsania is free of charge)

1. With the use or the visit of this webpage (this includes all data that is directly accessible through ArteInsania.net, ArteInsania.com and Galleryforartists.com) you agree with the terms of use. You find them at http://www.arteinsanian.com/terms.htm. If you don’t agree to any point of them please don’t use this service.
   The terms of use are binding either for “visitors” (persons who simply browse this page) or “members” (persons who have a registered account).
   
   From the creation of the account till its termination the account owner is the sole person responsible for its actions on the page. This includes the personal protection of its password. Any misuse by a third party will be dealt as if it was conducted by the owner of the account.
   
2. ArteInsania sees itself as a platform for artists who want to present their artwork; therefore:
   1. You may not publish your vacation pictures or use this service as sharing platform
   2. Every try to hurt the system integrity leads to exclusion from all services and the erasing of all your data. This point includes a), all kind of spam, mass mails, stalking, deliberate misleading information, data mining, data harvesting and copyright violations. It may contain other points which are not listed here.
3. Every person is allowed to have one free account. Multiple accounts per person lead to cancellation of your account(s) and erasing of all your data.
4. ArteInsania expressly reserves the right to remove your account and/or restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to any part of the webpage’s services without any warning or any given reason.
5. With the upload (publish) of a piece of artwork the publisher grants:
   1. To be in the possession of all rights
   2. That the artwork doesn’t hurt any legal or intellectual rights of a 3rd person
   3. That he/she formally accepts the work to be published within our services
6. ArteInsania will not accept any artwork which contains one of the following points:
   1. Harasses another persons
   2. Patently offensive and promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual
   3. Child pornography
   4. Left or right extreme propaganda
   5. Illegal material (law of the country where the artwork has been published)
7. Publishing artwork which gets in conflict with one or more of these points will lead to cancellation of your account. We also reserve the right to transfer any valuable information to the local investigation officers.
8. All your published work is royalty free (meaning ArteInsania doesn’t pay anything for your published work)
9. No person has the right to charge for any service of this webpage. At this time all services of ArteInsania are free of charge.
10. Without guarantee
    1. ArteInsania makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the content or to the accuracy and reliability of the content or any material or information that has been submitted by its members.
    2. ArteInsania doesn’t grant reliability. We reserve the right of terminating the service at any time without reason.
    3. ArteInsania isn’t responsible for external links
    4. ArteInsania doesn’t grant at any moment the correctness of any data inserted by its members.
11. If any of this points of this terms of use become or became invalid all other points remain valid.
12. As long as the technical requirements allow it we grant every registered user the right to upload as many pictures as he/she wants as long as they comply with our terms of use. We, however, reserve the right to exclude individual users from this rule without any given warning or reason.
13. All passwords are stored in an encrypted form in our database. As soon as you terminate your account with us we will erase all your data except your username and your IP address to prevent misuse.
14. All Messages send through our messaging system will be stored in our database to prevent and/or document misuse of our services.

We reserve the right to change any of these points anytime.
